Refund and Returns Policy
At Umberleesh, we prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure the quality of our products. Our Returns and Replacement Policy is applicable under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Wrongly Delivered Items: Claims are only accepted for items that are damaged or incorrectly delivered.
- Claim Submission: Claims must be submitted within 3-5 days of the delivery date, along with picture proof of the parcel’s condition.
- Product Condition: The claimed item must be unsealed, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging and condition. The original invoice is required for exchanges.
- Replacement Eligibility: Replacement items will only be eligible for claims received in our warehouse within 15 days of the delivery date.
- Evaluation Process: Once the return is received and assessed by our quality assurance department, a replacement or coupon will be issued based on the evaluation of the product’s condition.
- Responsibility for Returns: Customers are responsible for ensuring items are securely packed to prevent any damage during return transit until they reach our warehouse.
- Exclusions: Requests for replacements due to a change of mind, shade preference, or product choice are not accepted.
- No Cash Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, a coupon will be issued for use on your next purchase.
- Online/Offline Store Returns: Items purchased from our online store cannot be returned or exchanged at retail/offline stores, and vice versa.
