1. Online Orders
  • All orders placed on our website are considered confirmed once processed. Changes or cancellations cannot be made after the order has been processed or dispatched.
2. Return and Exchange Policy
  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving the order.
  • Items must be returned in 100% original condition, unused, and with intact packaging. Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer. We do not reimburse shipping costs incurred during the return process.
  • For items purchased from our physical outlets, exchanges or returns must be handled at the same branch. Similarly, online orders cannot be returned or exchanged at physical outlets.
  • Claims require 10-15 business days to process.
  • No returns or exchanges are accepted for swatched, broken, or unsealed items.
3. Order Refusals
  • Umberleesh reserves the right to refuse orders from customers with a history of refusing Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. If an individual has refused COD orders twice in the past, new orders may not be accepted.
4. Shipping Compensation
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and no compensation will be provided in any case.
5. Shipping Damages/Broken Items
  • Umberleesh ensures secure packaging for all orders. However, due to the fragile nature of some products, damages may occur during transit.
  • Customers must report any damages promptly upon receiving the order. While damaged items cannot be returned or exchanged, we will provide a discount coupon proportional to the damage.
  • Claims related to shipping damages will be resolved within 7-10 business days.
